Professional discussing occupation alignment

Occupation relevance is demonstrated through the substance of your experience, not only through the wording of a job title. Look at the work performed, the technical decisions involved, and your level of responsibility.

Map genuine examples from your career to the areas described for the nominated occupation. This can help you identify which projects and employment periods provide the clearest evidence.

Do not force unrelated work to fit an occupation description. Clear boundaries and accurate context are more credible than repeating occupation keywords without supporting facts.

Because occupation information and assessment requirements can change, confirm your choices against the current ACS material before submission.
